Many of the kitchen showrooms provide a supply only service where you can get your own builder to install the kitchen for you - this works well if you have a builder who is already carrying out an extension for you.

Most of the showrooms will also provide aftercare, so that if there is something not quite right with your kitchen then they will be able to help.

Besides designing and manufacturing the kitchen cabinets, you can expect to be able to source other products for your new kitchen, including taps, worktops, flooring, knobs and handles, sinks and appliances. What's a typical process when working with a kitchen showroom?

You can contact the kitchen showroom directly on Love Renovate or else visit their own website to arrange an appointment. Most London kitchen showrooms, particularly the small showrooms, work on an appointment basis only, so it's best to make an appointment before you pop in.

Your kitchen designer will be able to help design your new kitchen - it's best to go in with the dimensions of your kitchen and an idea of what you would like. It's also useful if you can tell them where existing doors and windows are and their dimensions. Many kitchen designers will visit your home before making your kitchen to go through the measurements.

Expect a lead time of anything from several weeks to months. This again is dependent on whether your kitchen showroom is making a bespoke kitchen for you, which will obviously take much longer.

After this, you may want to take delivery of your kitchen if your kitchen showroom is not fitting it for you.
