Our client asked us to replace the old conservatory on their semi-detached house with a 4m full-width rear extension to create an open plan kitchen-diner. They also wanted to add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the loft.
We designed the extension and loft conversion in 3D, so the client could visualise the space, and we managed the planning application and successfully received planning approval from the Council.
