Project: Brinsley, Notts

Brinsley
This was a single storey rear extension on a traditional Victorian detached house in Brinsley.
We worked closely with the client to design a very modern extension, using black 'agricultural' style cladding to reflect the surrounding farming landscape. We designed a beautiful timber surround window seat so that family members could enjoy reading a book and looking out to the garden.
We also employed a decorative rain chain to dispose of water from the flat roof and to make a feature of it.
