Established in 2019 by Trevor Cousins after spending 20 years working for large corporate companies, We pride ourselves on our commitment to provide a professional and speedy service at all times, whilst maintaining the highest quality of work at competitive prices.
We have a wealth of experience across many sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, sport & leisure, with particular focus on domestic extensions & new build, care homes and supported living schemes for various UK service providers.
Forty8 Design Ltd has a proven track record of great design, effective problem solving and attention to detail - our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of every customer.

Key services:-
• Within the Domestic residential market our services cover scheme design, planning advice & submissions, building regulations, surveys and preparation of CAD drawings.
• For larger commercial projects we can provide a full or tailored service to cover stages of the RIBA Plan of Work 2020.
