The brief was to create an open and airy kicthen dining space with family space, a separate luxurious living space and a new master suite above the existing garage. The design was to be harmonious with the existing proeprty and street.
A scheme was drawn up with many revisions before being submitted for planning permission which was obtained within the statutory timeframe with no amendements much to the homeowner's delight.
