Our story

Daniel Matthias Architecture (DMA) is an established architectural practice based in Betchton, Cheshire. Previously, trading as Architectural Drafting Services (ADS) in Alsager, we have recently rebranded. This year has been an exciting year for us as we have celebrated 10 years in business, moved in to a new office premises, expanded our team and taken on a whole new image. For 10 years we have been designing new-build houses, extensions and undertaking interior re-modelling for properties of all sizes. We have experience working on commercial properties, listed buildings and within conservation areas.

We are experts in residential architecture and can offer a creative flair and fresh ideas to help you make the most of your space. We are here to answer your questions and can advise on realistic budgets for your building.

To give you peace of mind, all of our work is covered by Professional Indemnity insurance.

DMA is run by Daniel Matthias and a welcoming, close-knit team, allowing them to have a hands on approach with every project from start to finish. This means DMA clients get dedicated support, with projects delivered to the highest standard and the security of knowing Daniel and the team are there every step of the way.
