Our story

Our Newbury based practice specialises in all types and sizes of home extension and new build projects. We are your local Architectural Technician In Newbury, Berkshire.

If you have land for a new-build project, then ask us our opinion on likely planning requirements in your area or specifically Newbury, Berkshire and how to get the most potential out of your land to create your ideal home.

Perhaps you have had a bad experience of designers that are not construction experts. Don't worry, we offer both aesthetic and creative design solutions that are economically feasible and our detail construction plans are second to none.‍

Our current planning permission success rates tops 96% for client projects! Getting planning permission for domestic extensions is usually straightforward for most single storey side and rear home extensions. Two storey extensions can require more sensitivity and understanding of the planning constraints but is straight forward for us with our unique experience in this field.

Project: Copper Roof

2020

oxforshire

This project is a demonstration of how modern materials and contemporary design can truly break down the barriers between house and garden for a complete country life.

the owners moved into this pretty flint cottage with a mind for doing something exciting with the garden and the house. The project involved renovating and reconfiguring the whole house to create a modern country living experience, and of course replacing the conservatory with something more usable and stylish.
