For the sale of our Victorian house, in order to maximise value & improve saleability, we engaged Andy of “Lost & Found” to design & obtain planning for extensions over the garage & extend /reconfigure the sitting room & breakfast room to a contemporary open plan layout. He achieved the objectives very successfully with brilliant plans & visuals, which satisfied the planners (not easy with a period building) & “wowed” our buyers in what was a very difficult property market.
We also commissioned “Lost & Found” for help with our “new build”, for which Andy, aided by his interior designer wife, Louise came up with imaginative ideas & excellent interior designs for the extensive custom joinery which was required – understairs cupboards, built-in desk for the study, bedroom vanity & drawer units & a clever modification to the standard island kitchen unit utilising the space much more effectively.
Subsequently, Louise designed & project-managed the landscaping (including a water feature) in the garden, which has been much admired.
We unreservedly recommend “Lost & Found”, a very versatile & experienced partnership offering a wide range of services to enhance one’s home & garden both aesthetically & practically
