True North Designs is an architectural design practice working with homeowners across the UK, specialising in home extensions, renovations, conversions, and new build projects.

We provide clear architectural drawings, planning packages, and design support, helping clients understand what is required at each stage. Affordable Residential planning drawings with payment split into a 50% deposit to begin and 50% balance before final drawings or submission.

This price includes planning drawings, 3D Visuals, unlimited revisions during the design stage, planning application submission, Planning Statement, and acting as your agent with the council through to validation. Council planning fees are separate and paid directly to the local authority. Our service also includes high-quality 3D modelling and visual design work, allowing you to explore your ideas properly before moving forward with planning or construction.

Where suitable, we can also use Polycam, allowing you to scan your property and share an accurate digital model. This can help speed up the early design process and may reduce the need for a site visit. From initial concepts through to planning submissions, we offer a friendly, reliable, and practical service focused on turning your ideas into clear, buildable designs for homes.
