Gascoigne East

Gascoigne East Community Centre has been developed closely with the wonderful residents from the Gascoigne Neighbourhood Forum.  We are collaborating on this special piece of placemaking in Barking and Dagenham together with Henley Halebrown,  HTA Design, and BeFirst.  The community centre forms part of the wider Phase 2 Masterplan by White Arkitekter and Turkington Martin Studio.

We are delighted to announce that our design for 28 affordable homes has received planning permission and are now on site as part of the first 300 homes in the first phase of the major Meridian Water regeneration scheme.

Fore Street

Good Growth Fund

Fore Street is at the heart of Angel Edmonton, a dynamic local town centre but one which also suffers from high levels deprivation, serious crime, and a shortage of opportunity and employment.

Together with Jan Kattein Architects we held a series of 'Fore Street Action Days' in May 2021. Over 120 people participated as we showed the latest designs for the Good Growth Fund projects and tested public realm ideas on site.
